AACCEDC Revolving Loan Fund

A minimum interest rate of 4 %

RLF SUMMARY:

ALTON MO's CHAMBER OF COMMERCE (incorporated, not-for-profit)
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
has a revolving loan fund to create or retain jobs;
aid small business development;
redevelop and make productive blighted or vacant land and facilities;
acquisition and improvement of land, buildings, plant and equipment;
including new construction or renovation of existing facilities, demolition and site preparations, and start-up new business.
Public and private redevelopment efforts to attract or retain major employers.

Contact any member of the Economic Development Committee for requirements and criteria to be eligible for a loan.

AACCEDC will consider projects which serve to create jobs; stimulate private sector capital formation; aid small business development; redevelop blighted or vacant land and facilities in order to put them into productive use.
Activities which result in indirect job creation may also be considered if local conditions warrant this approach.
Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) financing is flexible to assist firms with special needs, and therefore may involve greater risks and more lenient terms than conventional financing.
